Coverage includes: Will, Cook, DuPage, Kane, McHenry, Grundy, Kendall, Lake, Kankakee & Iroquois Counties.

Appraisals can be completed anywhere in the State of Illinois. Coverage is not limited to these counties alone. Properties have also been appraised in the rural southern counties of Illinois such as Ford County, the City of Rockford, and the City of Moline. Fees for these areas will vary from the rates listed on the rate page. Please call for quotes.
