Welcome!

My name is Nick Di Sandro and I am the President of Pyramid Appraisal, Inc. I am an Illinois Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Certified FHA Appraiser, and an Appraisal Reviewer. My experiences have included the appraisal of a wide variety of properties throughout the State of Illinois and consultation of properties throughout the country. I have spent the last few years specializing in Retrospective Appraisals & Review Appraisals helping to put a stop to fraud. Honesty in all my appraisals is a must. I have worked with numerous Mortgage Companies, Banks, Investors, Attorneys, Individual homeowners, and Fannie Mae.  I have taken classes and training through The Real Estate Education Company, the Appraisal Institute, banks, and other real estate schools.
