Certified Residential Appraiser.
2.Home
Improvement. Not sure if that extra
room, extra garage bay, or finishing the basement will add value to
the home. With research of comparable sales in your neighborhood it
can be determined if there is any value to that project. BEFORE you
spend the money.

Sale by Owner. Some people may prefer
to try and sell their home by owner. An appraisal can guide you in
the direction of the asking price. It will also show you the range

7. Date of Death &
Retrospective Appraisal. When an appraisal is needed in these
difficult times, it is often for value on a specific date. This date
